這是一場祕密派對，由幾位居住再舊金山的年輕人開始策劃，宣傳的方式由互通最快速的網路EMAIL以及當時熱門的傳呼CALL機來相互傳遞。 　　接收到訊息的不論是派對動物或是想嘗鮮的時下年輕人，都讓這場派對的活動消息慢慢的擴散開來，許多人開始互相的傳遞訊息：本週六在舊金山的廢棄倉庫內將展開一場史無前例的瘋狂派對。 　　派對當晚聚集了近 200位的群眾，訊息內容透露一處人潮聚集點，將想要前往派對的人們引導至活動現場，當然，在籌劃的過程當中總是會遇到許多問題：首先，派對籌劃者對於自己所面臨到的許多問題所引發的情緒上的焦慮與不安，以及期望參與派對的人們對於地點確認的疑慮，最後還引來警察的關切。 　　但是，這一切的一切在參與的人們對著他們說：【謝謝你的派對讓我對人生徹底的改觀】艱辛痛苦感受都轉化為那微妙的歡喜雀躍般的解脫釋放。 　　派對RAVE文化在90年代初期開始在英國盛行，這部電影所帶來的意義不只是講述如何籌劃一場派對而已，而是在講述著電子舞曲與DJ文化的崛起，P.L.U.R.這四個英文字母則是可以代表著Rave瑞舞文化的精神。 　　Peace: 在Rave信仰文化當中，和平以待是一貫處事的精神，暴力是不被允許的態度 　　Love: 表達善意與利用行動的方式傳達愛的意念，相互擁抱即是一種“散播愛“的方式 　　Unity: 身處於人類群組中可以互相團結一心 　　Respect: 利用行動與非行動的方式表達彼此互相尊重的心意 　　雖然身處於2011年的我們無法參與當時舞曲派對的盛況，但是一場好的派對體驗，與對於瑞舞文化的正面思維卻是可以不停的持續下去，讓現今各自蓬勃發展的各類型電子音樂能震撼你我的內心，如電影“撼動生命“那般對於電子音樂的熱情與渴望，用愛音樂的精神，以行動來證明，回到最原始最純粹的快樂。
